Florida Lakefront
Dark materials, handled lightly.
A lakefront residence built on contrast — blackened brick, walnut, and deep charcoal set against clerestory light and wide water views.
The public rooms run under a wood-clad vaulted ceiling, with a marble-topped island and banquette anchoring the kitchen. Pale upholstery keeps the weight of the materials in check.
The primary suite turns the same palette inward: a cathedral ceiling over the bath, book-matched marble in the shower, and a dressing area that stays out of the way.
