Montauk Cottage
A compact Montauk cottage redesigned to improve light and circulation within its existing footprint.

Scope
Space planning, renovation design and furnishings
The work began with the plan: how each room connected to the next, where storage belonged and how furniture would fit. Built-in storage and carefully sized pieces make practical use of the cottage’s compact rooms.
A simple palette carries through the house, keeping the emphasis on light and the connections between spaces.
In collaboration with Gansett Lane Home.
